Bake and Take  

Have fun making fast treats to take along for a hike or to the pool. Learn to make cookies in a funnel, brownies with a punch, and mini cupcakes to decorate and share with others. Want to make dinner just a little more interesting? In this class, aspiring chefs will learn to make meals with pizazz! This is a family affair so bring an adult to amaze with your flair for cooking. Cook up savory dishes and desserts from scratch that are fun, fresh, and flavorful. This cooking class is highly recommended for teens with culinary interest. Learn a variety of cooking methods including sauteing, pan-searing, and braising, to name a few. Topics include kitchen safety, basic knife skills, nutrition, menu plan, selecting ingredients, and measurement.
