Real Estate Easements Valuation  

Easement valuations may be necessary for acquisition purposes or to determine the value of an existing easement. This course includes an overview of the rights and uses of easements; the applicability of the Statute of Frauds; governing the language and the nature of the non-possessor interest in easements. Easement identification and valuation is designed to lead the professional through the sometimes murky interests, rights, uses, and practicality of easements. Written and verbal exercises are used extensively. The goals of the course are to enable the participant to identify, interpret use, and determine the value or various easements as an interest in real property.
