A class designed to help you rewrite your thoughts about body image. You will learn what body image is, why it's important for us all to feel good about our bodies, why dieting doesn't work, the impact of media, and what are healthy behaviors for people of all body sizes.
Reiki is an energy practice that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Regular interaction with Reiki energy can improve health and enhance one's quality of life. It is simple and enjoyable to learn. Class sessions include practice in self-treatment and providing treatments for others. Students receive an attunement and a certificate as a Reiki Level I Practitioner.
